SAVE MILL HILL'S GREEN SPACES AND SUPPORT THE NEW FORUM

One of the best things about Mill Hill is its green spaces.  However, there is huge pressure on the London Mayor to provide more housing.

Our green areas are under massive threat. Not only that there seems to be no limit to the height of tower blocks anywhere in London.

Areas have come together to write a planning document called a neighbourhood Plan which sets out the communities priorities and protects areas against the worst possible outcomes.

In Mill Hill  there is now a group of 24 people ready to protect the area. It includes community leaders, faith leaders, disabled, architects, finance, and retirees.

Barnet Council wants any comments of support for this by May 6.  They probably hope to refuse residents because it makes it easier for them to build what they want etc.

It is therefore vital that we just write and say yes to the new forum.

" I support the new Neighbourhood Forum to represent me and deliver a Neighbourhood Plan for the area"

It's that simple.  2 minutes to save our area.

To do that send an email with you name to the Council email forward.planning@barnet.gov.uk

Don't just think someone else will protect our green spaces.  If you don't write in support then we deserve all the tower blocks and developments that the Mayor can throw at us.

Our last chance to "Save Mill Hill"
