THE BROADWAY IS GOING TO THRIVE

The shutdown means loads of people are going to base themselves at home for at least until 2021 and maybe permanently.

The traders in the Broadway are ready to take up the extra business thus will bring locally in the future.  Having lunch on Broadway or holding meetings in the cafes once they reopen seating will become the new normal.

There are still a few really amazing properties that are available for lease and could make for a very profitable business opportunity

The Nat west bank .  Look at HSBC and how amazing it will be - and how popular.  Large units are rare on the Broadway.  This unit really is a huge opportunity.

There are a few small units in Station Road. Vape Shop and Sands.  These would make ideal speciality cafes. We don't have a Veggie/vegan cafe in Mill Hill, or a Spanish Tapas style European cafe/ Restaurant.  The Barclays site would make an ideal Macdonald's or Five Guys or even a craft beer micro pub/brewery. None of them in NW London at all. Any of these could out on live acoustic or classical music to take advantage of the new normal where people will want local shops where they are safe.

We do suggest that you get in fast because with rates holidays - rent deals etc and Government support there has never been a better time to start a business.

The Broadway is about to enter a Golden Age. Be part of it.
