ARTS GROUPS THREATEN BOYCOTT OF NW7 Hub | full story

In a breaking news story several local arts groups and exhibitors have threatened to boycott Mill Hill's Library and Hub.

The use of volunteers in running the Hub has been suggested as a problem because they are untrained and unpaid. Yet are dealing with personal information etc. A cut too far in the eyes of many.

Today one of Mill Hill Hubs volunteers has aggressively attacked a local Art Gallery on social media saying their pr was rubbish and their artwork was like that of a child.

Understandably the art world has already responded. Some calling for the individual to be sacked and others to boycott all Barnet Libraries until they are run properly.

The NW7 Hub had a massive controversy involving the same person in 2018.   She was sacked from the committee and legally was gagged.  However,  she was not banned anf this led to paid staff resigning and the drive behind the Hub John Gillett to resign because he could not work with the individual and her group of activists.

In 2019 the local paper Mill Hill Today asked the new Committee why she was allowed to stay. They never gave a satisfactory reply.   Todays attack by this individual is yet another in a long line of deranged postings attacking local people, busineses and organisations.   The time has come for the Hub to either back these posts or sack the individual who is bringing so much bad publicity to the Hub which has seen numbers drop dramatically since John Gillett left.

Update : In a new development the Facebook Group run by the extreme political activists has given a platform to the individual who is now claiming that the NW7Hub employs paedophiles as part of their Performing Arts program for Children.   Obviously, this is untrue but shows the depths that these extremists will go to smear other people.  We hear parents are now threaten ING to boycott the hub if  the individual making these claims is not removed.
This story including secret documents that MILL HILL TODAY has been sitting on since last summer will be in a full feature in Mill Hill Today about how these activists infiltrated local groups to attack the local Conservative party.
We say sack them all and keep politics out of the local community.
