Opening soon in the renovated HEEs Chinese Takeaway site is a unique Beauty Salon which will complement the growing Hair and Beauty Sector in our shopping centre.
In the summer the Barnet Eye suggested that the Broadway would suit some type of zoning for example a Food area etc. and now with two places on Station Road and more at the other end of the Broadway plus several hair salons - we are seeing that the Broadway is becoming a capital in North West London for the beauty industry. This is excellent news because everyone wants to look their best and as the Barnet Eye correctly said - the people visiting the salons will often stay to lunch or have coffee and thus add trade to our superb Cafe culture which we now have here on the Broadway.
We also hear that several other businesses are now actively trying to move onto the Broadway and surrounding area - this is fantastic news and shows the vibrancy of the street despite nationally their being problems.
