If you wish to join them them meet on Bittacy Hill next to the Junction with Sanders Lane. Pickers are provided and bags but you can bring your own.

On Sunday we are expecting some minor clear ups in the area as well from the litter pickers. Join their facebook group to keep ahead of all clean ups.
The group formed in January 2018 and has met every month as well as on other dates. Major clean ups have taken place around the Park and Bunns Lane with the biggest being the Embankment clean at the Station Car Park. I think we can all agree that the area is looking sparkly in the sunshine - although there is still much to do.
If you have any ideas for clean ups - then post them to our TWITTER ACCOUNT and we will make sure the MHLC get the message.
This weekend please take your litter home if you use the parks or Broadway and put it in bins if possible. Also if you see litter on the floor and it is ok to pick up and bin - please do.
