The ticket gates are now operational at Mill Hill Broadway station and this will make it much easier for passengers to swipe their oyster cards on entry and exit.  There is a wide gate in the configuration so if you have bikes or large items it is still easy to get through.

At last Mill Hill's station is getting the same facillities as the other main stations on Thameslink. Hopefully this will see the start of major changes culminating in the 5 million pounds scheme for level access presented at the Public Meeting last month.

Do use Thameslink.  The service is much improved and some of the new stock can be seen on the line already.  When this is fully introduced the trains will be superb.  Increases in trains are also coming in 2017/8 when the Crossrail project at Farringdon and London Bridge comes to fruition.

For too long we have had problems on this line.  At last we can see the light at the end of the tunnel. It will make visitors to the area more likely to return. It will give us better quality transport links.
