The MILL HILL GUIDE which comes out this month for 2016/17 is almost ready to go to the Printers - Splash on Broadway. With all the adverts selling out last month and loads of listings and contributions from Mill Hill organisations, churches, events organisers, shops, business leaders and more it promises to be the start of an Annual Guide which will bring the community together.
Community Groups in the area have been fired up this year by the very active Neighbourhood Forum who have linked together all the various people in the area to work on projects to improve Mill Hill.
So far this year :
MARKETS on Broadway regularly
MUSIC STAGES on Broadway
HANGING BASKETS on Broadway
Grants to create a POCKET PARK Community Area on Broadway with Barnet Council and Tesco Bags of Help
SALCOMBE GARDENS REJUVENATION PROJECT with the Mayor of London
CHRISTMAS LIGHTS SWITCH ON (Thursday 24 November at 4-5p.m)
MILL HILL GUIDE 36 pages of local information and listings to inform and link everyone together.
MILL HILL BROADWAY NEWS (you are reading it !)

Mill Hill is growing. Please get involved and when the Guide comes out please support all the local shops - restaurants - and join an organisation or two. If we all contribute to our community and area it will become even better. The time for blaming the council or government or whoever is over. The NEIGHBOURHOOD FORUM is leading a local revolution. The people of Mill Hill are taking their destiny as an area into their own hands aided by the Council, The Mayor of London and many national businesses and organisations.
