DASH | Fitness | Guest Blog March 2016

I'm a local resident in Mill Hill & wanted to let people know that  I've recently set up fitness classes in Mill Hill Park. They're called DASH & because I am a 400m track athlete, the classes are based around the principles of sprinting.

They're just 30mins and run Wednesday & Friday mornings 7AM and 9:15AM. First class is FREE. 

As all of our instructors are athletes you're taught to run effectively, efficiently and effortlessly whilst also getting a great overall workout. 

It has a dramatic effect on fat loss and muscle development so great for those that want to dramatically improve their fitness without spending hours at the gym.

Thank you to Sarada for letting us know about these classes which I am sure will come in very useful for anyone wanting to get fit for the summer and also take part in a community activity.
