I'm a local resident in Mill Hill & wanted to let people know that I've recently set up fitness classes in Mill Hill Park. They're called DASH & because I am a 400m track athlete, the classes are based around the principles of sprinting.
They're just 30mins and run Wednesday & Friday mornings 7AM and 9:15AM. First class is FREE.
As all of our instructors are athletes you're taught to run effectively, efficiently and effortlessly whilst also getting a great overall workout.
It has a dramatic effect on fat loss and muscle development so great for those that want to dramatically improve their fitness without spending hours at the gym.
