SAVE LONDON MUSIC | Mill Hill led Campaign

After the excellent response for our GUEST BLOG with our editorMark R  Richards from Broadway Studios this weekend we thought we should tell you a bit more about the Mill Hill campaign being run to "Save London's venues" from the the developers.

Click for The website for SAVE LONDON MUSIC

The campaign is led by local campaigner
Roger Tichborne
Studio owner, music festival organiser, guitarist and campaigner.

Roger is well known to everyone in the area and as well as having a political career several years ago he also writes our favourite Barnet Blog "The Barnet Eye - 99%" which you can link to from these pages.

So far Roger has been on the local radio in London on the Robert Elms show and has set up Facebook groups and the website you can link to from this story.

We encourage you to visit the Save London Music site and find our about the campaign.  Broadway Blog is a great supporter of the arts in London and Mill Hill.  As part of the Arc Media Group we are part of several production and promotion companies.

We do not have advertising on this blog.  This blog is for the community of Mill Hill and the Broadway area in particular.  It is free to view and if you have a business or a campaign or just some thoughts we want you to share them on this blog.  It would help us if you tell or link to our stories on Facebook - Instagram - Twitter and anywhere else. In order for us to get the word out.  We have a good regular set of visits and are highly placed in the search engines. However, we would like to get visits up to a higher level without running "sensational" types of stories like so many sites claiming to be local information hubs.

In January we will post a list of GIGS TO SEE IN LONDON's SMALL VENUES along with our MILL HILL BROADWAY RESTAURANT GUIDE and suggestions for January.  Support small venues and local restaurants in January will be "our" campaign for 2016 - and local shops of course.

Let us know your GIG reviews and any adverts for your bands or promotions on here or via our e-mail address. The service is completely free.

Here is a gig taken from the Social Pages of SAVE LONDON MUSIC  with our favourite Peter Shoulder and Jackaman  at London's Borderline (34 mins to Tott Ct road tube from Mill HIll Broadway station) for a very reasonable £13.50 plus fees you are guaranteed an excellent show.
