It may have been a wet and dismal day but that did not dampen spirits at the French Market on the Broadway today.
Despite this the Market had a steady stream of customers all day. The dreadful sad news from Paris the night before adding a new sense of solidarity to the occasion.
Let's hope that regular Saturday or Sunday markets become a feature of the Broadway and that with regularity the road becomes a big destination for the discerning shopper in North London.
