MILL HILL WINES : Best Champagne/drinks for Christmas

As well as having an unrivalled selection of amazing WINES at incredible prices and the best WHISKEYs and CIGARS in North London we believe firmly (having tried their special CHAMPAGNE range) that it represents the best champagne that it is possible to buy in the UK at these prices.

AUTREAU Champagne comes in at around £19.99 which is HALF the price of equivalent Champagnes. Chill the champagne and open before Christmas Dinner for an amazing fresh and tasty blast of an estate Champagne and we have never tasted better than this ! There are various types of Champagne available at MILL HILL WINES and so do ask the staff who provide expert advice about all their stock - and so it is not a lottery about what you buy to drink for the Festive Season at Christmas and New Year. We got our bottle for Christmas Day last night - as well as a superb Pinot Noir ( cheaper than M&S's equivalent by £2 and better ) and a Spanish JUMILLA Vino Tinto Red which we tried last night and was a revelation for just £7.50 ( Mill Hill Wines have some of the best Spanish and Portugese Wines we have ever found ). Organic wines are also on sale from £5.99. Finally if you want some real ale or cider there is also a selection at the rear of the shop.

Most supermarket plonk at 3 for £12 or less has a acidity aftertaste - whereas for around £7 - £10 a bottle you can get fine excellent wines from Mill Hill Wines ( and they do have several for around £5 - £7 which are also very decent ) There are discounts on half and full cases which can bring down the cost of a wine by 5 - 10% as well. No one who buys from Mill Hill Wines would go back to cheap supermarket wine or the large retailers !! Try them out for Christmas and support a legendary local shop.
