The landmark Union Reform Church at the eastern end of Mill Hill Broadway is still standing but the church hall has now been demolished. We thought we would take a few photos before the last major building on the Broadway from before the war is demolished. Since the Second World War the Broadway's cinema, it's orginal Catholic church and now this church have been demolished. The replacement architecture in my view has been disappointing, although I am sure some will say more practical.

So if you are on the Broadway this week we do suggest you get your own photos of this impressive church building before it goes.

It seems the site is destined to become some sort of housing. Hopefully all will be revealed - or please add a comment if you know what will replace the church.
